Welcome to
Make The Case!

The purpose of this project is:

  • To demonstrate the ways that arts and culture permeate all aspects of Canadian civic life and society
  • To assist individuals and organizations to make the case for increased support of arts and culture to decision-makers and investors.

We offer three Site Components:

2. Cases

3. Action

We offer multiple Themes including:

Contact + Feedback

The research and case items on this website were identified through a search process started in March 2024. Selections were made by Theme Working Group members with subject matter expertise during January-March 2025, using a documented curation procedure that we will update and refine during our next theme, Social Cohesion (April-May 2025).

Our Team built this website over six weeks in advance of the Canadian Arts Summit in Ottawa (April 4-6 2025), for demonstration purposes and workshops with delegates.

You will experience errors and omissions as you navigate through the content.

Some copy is in draft.
